Northwestern Mutual Annuity Case

Straus & Boies has brought an action against Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company (”NML”) alleging that NML altered the formula by which dividends were to be paid for certain participating annuities in violation of its legal obligations.  The complaint alleges that the improper calculation of dividends deprived annuity holders millions of dollars in dividends.
