Vitamin C International Price Fixing Litigation.  The Firm currently serves as lead counsel of behalf of consumers in the continuing antitrust proceedings throughout the country against foreign manufacturers of Vitamin C who conspired to fix the prices of Vitamin C.

 

Oriented Strand Board Antitrust Litigation. The firm currently serves as co-lead counsel in certified class actions on behalf of consumers in 21 states in antitrust proceedings against the manufacturers of Oriented Strand Board.
